Robert McLean
Rob, the co-author of the Bulletproof Problem Solving and The Imperfectionists, provides a valuable perspective on problem solving approaches and the mindsets needed for uncertain times – particularly as we embrace and cope with AI.

After starting as an analyst with the New York RAND Institute he completed a career at McKinsey working on strategic and organisational issues of large corporations in the US, Australia and Asia. He then served as Dean and Director of the Australian Graduate School of Management and his career now involves ventures, social enterprises, philanthropy and conservation, all of which present problem solving challenges, including wicked problems.
